MailMyCommits is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered email marketing tools by analyzing GitHub commits and social media posts to generate marketing content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process your GitHub commit data and social media posts solely to provide our email generation service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam or unsolicited marketing emails

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Limitation of Liability

MailMyCommits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled, and any data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
